You need to store the images on another website somewhere, then, when you post your message, put the link to the pic inside [Img] tags.
You can’t actually upload the picture file itself to the forum unfortunately!

There are free providers out there, chech elYsiun Chat for tips.
Try, please, to avoid those not allowing remote linking (geocities, angelfire…)
elYsiun can’t host images due to band and disk space.
