Attempt at photorealistic interior

This is my first finished project, back at blender after a few years off.

Really was trying to go for photorealism on this one, as materials and especially lighting have always been my weaknesses.

This was a recreation of a photo by Refresh & Build.

Render time was around 80 mins at 500 samples with denoising.


Pretty nice! Especially tiles material.

Few things that must be changed:

  1. Camera is not straight on Y axis.
  2. Shower glass should have greenish tint on the edges (it can be done with vertex painting or with volume or mixing glass shader with transparent)
