Audio raises and lowers volume based on my set volume.

I don’t think its too much to ask that if I give an object a flat set volume it needs to play at that flat set volume.
My problem is this if I have one sound set with a certain volume, and then have another sound playing at a louder volume, the sound that’s not as loud gets very quiet, so, for example, say if I have music playing and then I fire a gun in game, well the music will get very quiet.

This issue is made worse if I have 3d sounds because the object will start out playing loud enough for me to here even if I’m not close to it but the moment another sound plays it goes back to its normal volume.
I’m using the logic sound actuator.


Does anyone know of this issue?
