I encounter this error when I want to create an animation using this character. The character is riged with Auto rig pro (not by me).
Problem: I want to move body, but the interior mouth remain on same position. How to fix this problem?
The character must move, and the mouth must be in the same position as the head
I have attached here some images. I can not upload the blend file because it is part of a commercial project…

do you have ARP on your system installed?!,
if so select the armature set it to restpose and turn on the deformationlayer
open the Arp-menu and check selected bones only,
select the lower-teeth select the armature (shift) an switch to posemode select again the jaw bone (lower) and bind the teeth
set the armature back to Poseposition
in the picture below(what you posted), however, it looks as if there is already a weighting!
you select the upper teeth and delete all vertexgroups except head.x
for the lower ones only jawbone.x
