Autolighter for blender doesn't work

I was really interested in the Autolighter Blender addon. I installed the addon just fine. When I go to add a lighting setup, any lighting setup, I get the error that I posted in the attachment.

I’m starting to wonder if this addon is for an older version of blender. I’m using:

Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.
Blender 2.73a (64 bit blender)
4.00 GB RAM.
512 MB of Graphics Memory.
