Automatic Weights Issue!

Hello anyone who reads this,

I’m in need of some help, whenever I try to parent my armature to my Mesh with Armature Deform (with automatic weights), it always flips my mesh like what is shown in the picture. I know I can paint the weight myself, but I really want to make use of a tool that is usally so convenient for me.

Did you import a character from somewhere else with Y up instead of Z up?
