I would like to create a submarine model. How by using automirror (if it’s possible) to create a horizontal wing?

If you mean modeling the rear stabilizer or entire object with extra precision by using the addon:

Yes, I meant the rear stabilizer. I watched that video. Probably I missed something.

I think the problem was, the checkbox Apply was checked. I unchecked it.
