AVI opening EXE

Hi,

I have made an animation to stick before a game before it is played, I have rendered the animation as a AVI jepg and have the saved the game as a .exe, is there any way i can get the AVI to open up the EXE after it has finished playing?

Try to solve this the other way: make your exe start showing the avi.
