if its a small enough file, theres a box with an arrow (might need to click hamburger button) which lets you attach files. but otherwise you need a file hosting service. i use google drive, but download speeds can be slow.
as Daedalus said up to 5MB (i thought) you can upload here directly, just drag your file into the text editor and it will upload it.
