This is something i did the recently, i made him in blender 2.9 and textured him using substance painter.
rendered the stills in cycles, and the turntable in Eevee. I hope you like him.

Well done job! But how you managed to make the transition effect between shading and solid modes in the video?
i just rendered out a wifreframe pass and overlaied it in adobe after effects
