I worked on this quick artwork by reusing one of my old characters and focusing on expression and lighting.

The pen, chair and blackboard were downloaded from the Blender classroom demo file.

Great expression (and character, and lighting)! Love how the eyecolor and pen color contrast the hues of the lighting.

Really appropriate!
I like how the mouth gets deformed by the pose.
Note: Blender definitely deserves better glare filters!

Could you post some screenshots of your setup? I’m guessing you’re using geometry nodes?


Oh it’s much easier than that! I used the technique I’ve seen in YanSculpts’ videos. I used a Path curve for the actual flow of the hair, and for the shape I used a secondary Circle curve and shaped it to my liking. Then picked the Circle curve as the object of my Path curve.
