what’s the problem?
I will go on the assumption that your shoulders are perfect in side view and too high in front view… (being more specific helps to get you better advice by the way).
In this case there are a couple things to do:
One would be to manually adjust the size of the images in Blender, which can be tedious.
Another, better solution would be to align the images using an image editor and once aligned, import them back in and tweak your model so its right.
Finally, you could always just work off of one reference image explicitly and use the other as an implicit guide.
