Looks lush and food is super difficult to do!

I hope you don’t mind but could Ali suggest a few areas that might help push your quality higher?

The glass looks as if it has a rippled surface, is that correct?

Try adding in the rounded edge on the rim of the glass, these are usually put on as it’s nicer to drink from than a sharp edge.

The sauce has to have that sharp transition as it sits against the surface of the glass. I had the same problem when making cocktails and I used the shrinkwrap modifier.

The details on the table top might be realistic if a lot smaller.

As I say I hope you don’t mind the above comments and I know how had food is crazy difficult. :smiling_face_with_three_hearts:

Thanks for the feedback!
You’re absolutely right and I’ll definitely keep your tips in mind when I make something like this again later on.
The shrinkwrap modifier tip in particular is brilliant.
This was my first time trying to make something like this and I definitely have a new appreciation for food renders.

Thanks you inspired me to make one. For the top of mine I used a thin torus around it to give the illusion of that wet lip that forms between the top surface and the side pressed against the glass. My cookie crumbles need work. I’ll jus eat em
