Hello there!
I have an issue with with my file. I need the file to be packed somehow because I intend to use a render farm (SheepIt).
But when I pack my .blend file, the result looks terrible.
I did a few tests, and sofar, not working.
I placed all the textures in same root folder as the .blend file.
The .blend file is in this location:
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape
All my textures are in this folder:
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\
Different objects textures have sub-folders:
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\Shaft
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\Shield
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\Sword
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\ToonLinkBody
D:\Program\Blender Foundation\Project Folder\Landscape extures\Navi
On SheepIt.com:
When I upload without pressing this: File > External Data > Pack All into .blend
I get this warning: Cannot find files (the textures of my objects). and spamms all the textures missing.
When I upload, having this pressed: File > External Data > Pack All into .blend
I get no warnings.
But! I still get these results when I render on my own computer:
Picture Left: Without File > External Data > Pack All into .blend
Picture Right: With File > External Data > Pack All into .blend
What am I doing wrong. Why does packing make the reflection bad?
Also seem the normalmap is not even showing. The objects seems totally flat.
I need help asap, deadline is really near and I am desperat for this to work with the renderfarm.
