Bake Cycles Experimental Displacement vector node into geometry

Hello. I have a simple displacement setup with a noise texture working on a plane with a subdivision modifier set to adaptive subdivision. I am trying to bake te displacement into a mesh so I can scatter objects around. Any tip on how to do that would be highly appreciated.

That is not possible as of now. Your best bet is to bake the noise texture to a plane, then use it in a displacement modifier or in the geometry nodes.
