Bake MatCaps and Bake from Camera

Hey, everyone!
Now I want to try to bake a normal map from my camera view, but I don’t know how to do it.
I tried to create material, but it doesn’t work.
I found such a theme that when you put MatCap Normal Map, it produces the effect that I need. But I don’t know how to bake this MatCap from the angle I need.

Could you be more precise because for baking the normalmap (or any other) to a texture you don’t even need a camera at all. It’ a material thing. On the other hand if you just need an image with a normalmap like texture … then hit render ??

Please, check my another topic, where I am explain my question more

This is some kind of double posting… nevertheless you just have to read the docs or investigate more about baking normals from high to lowpoly… because you don’t know…
I even suggest some older tut for this: https://katsbits.com/tutorials/blender/bake-normal-maps.php
It’s with text and images so someone can re-read anytime and it’s not spoken in an ununderstandible accent
