Bake normal problem

Hi, I am new to Blender and I got a bake normal problem. I want to bake this twisted cavity geometry that has an array modefier on it that follows a curve to a simple cylinder. I have watched tutorials on how to bake and tried every thing that I can at my level of beginner understanding. But nothing works, I get some parts of the bake right and others wrong, tried ray distance and cage but I can’t get it 100% right. It works to bake on a flat plane but then I also get a seam when I texture it to the cylinder.
Anyone who know how to do this would be very helpful thanks =)
