baking animations (skeletal, line/geometry particle and fluid)?

I’ve got a tool that accepts DXF files as frames.

From my tests Blender DXF exporter (and maybe the DXF format itself) only supports static meshes.

So I need a way to “apply” or “bake” as it seems to be called, skeletal animations, as well as line and geometry particle animations, and fluid animations. How can that be done?
