Please spent some minutes in the forum to be able to upload files (< 5MB) or have a look at the FAQ… (and maybe use compress in file export or JPG for images done by Blender → Window → Save Screenshot and not by any camera

…because when people have to log-in or sign-in elsewhere… then this may be too much fuss fro them to be able to help you…
