Baking Constraints in 2.57B for XNA, how to do it?

Howdy folks,
in 2.49B there was a script for baking the contraints in each action so you could remove bones without vertices associated with it for exporting to XNA. How does one do this in 2.57? Cheers,

maybe “Bake Action” is a help? Get it with selected armature (and an already existing action/animation) and press spacebar. In the popup select this routine, scroll down to it … - it bakes bone constraints and the constraints can then deleted/set inactive -
