I downloaded Blender 2.83 and was playing around with explosions and realized I can’t find the Bake button/settings … see screenshot. I remember it being the last entry on the settings drop down… did it move? (i tried looking up the manual)

Found Bake under Render Properties, but getting this error when I click on it:
No active image found in material “Smoke Domain Material” (0) for object “Smoke Domain”
What might have I done wrong?

Baking a domain is under the domain cache properties but you have to select ‘final’ from the ‘type’ pulldown

Thank you so much, Damian! Was this always the case? I don’t remember this. Blender development has been going at break neck speed lately which is great, but so hard to keep up.
