Baking Normals for a newbie

Hello, I want to preface this by saying that I am pretty new at this. I made a sculpture, then did a retopo and started the baking process. And the results look like this

I tried messing with Max Ray Distance (in the last bake from the picture above, it was put on 0.008)

Both High and Low poly models have rendering activated, Normal Map set to no color.

I’m sorry but not at my rig now, but based on the screenshot, are you sure you have no overlapping geometry? Object properties applied, no double vertices, etc… on both meshes?
