I have a simple animation set up where a steel ball rolls down a ramp. The ball will slide down the ramp, but it will not turn (Roll). I have done this in Rigid Body before and it’s worked fine, now I’m having trouble. Am I missing a simple setting? Ball is active, ramp is passive.
Can you share the .blend? not by any means an expert with simulations but I could maybe look at it.
Thanks, but I think I finally figured it out. It’s this very elusive setting!! “Damping Translation” - Apparently it needs to be set to zero.
