Barad-Dur

Hi everyone!
Anyway, I’ve decided to take a break from my short film and work on something I’ve wanted to make for a while: Barad-Dur from Lord of the Rings. I only plan to model the summit, and that in high detail, but so far I’ve only done this:

Any tips?

Thanks Fergo. =) Today I modeled that horn-like structure at the front:

…and also did significant work on the Great Eye.
