Hello everyone, it’s my first post on this forum. I’m blending from about a year, this is my simple project made in about 4 hours. I hope you’ll like it and sorry for my english.

This looks cool, could be a little brighter, maybe.

P.S. How come all you people who don’t speak English nativly say “Sorry for my bad English” when you speak better English than most Americans (I don’t know about England or such)?

It looks like a character from the old Gumby show. The body and club look like they are all made out of play dough, or clay. Not everything has to have a high spectra value, and some not at all. I’d put another 4 hours into it and post an update.

The lighting effects are beautiful, but the shape of your character is, in the words of another, like a gumby character. You really ought to work towards making him look more like a real human, in my opinion, at least.

I’ve found there are many instances where I wouldn’t have even known if someone knew english as a second language if they hadn’t said that. :stuck_out_tongue:

New version of this image, i made new models. it took med two days to make that image. I hope you’ll like it…

It’s definitely an improvement from the first!! There still are some things you could refine on it. I think the hands could be filled out a bit better and a little larger as well, but it also could be that the new hammer is dwarfing the hands do to it’s overwhelming size. The torso looks a bit concaved, could perhaps give him the look of having a ribcage a bit. The textures used on the skin and closes all still look very plastic. Perhaps play with some of those points and post another update.
