“Period” (aka “full stop” for Europeans) gives the pie menu for Transform Pivot Point.
“Comma” gives the pie menu for Transform Orientation.
But there’s another Transform Orientation for individual tools – is there a hotkey for that??? 
+Also, my feelings wouldn’t be hurt if they put the hotkeys IN the bubble help, to speed retention.

Unless I am mistaken, but if you leave “Transform Orientation for individual tools” on Default then it will take the orientation of your scene that you have defined / chosen in the pie menu for Transform Orientation. (Comma)
Good stuff 
-that WILL address many/most of my concerns, but what if you’ve already for a different task set it to other than Default, and perhaps want to change it back via hotkey?
