Basic video adjustments in Sequencer

Hi,
I am wondering, how do I adjust levels, or brightness, contrast, color ballance, HSV etc in the Sequencer?

I was hoping that when I select a clip, go to IPO and select Sequence IPO curve that I’d get that, but I can not find it, I guess it is not there. A suggestion for patch (or, at least a plugin)…

Thanks

Vaclav

What you are looking for is actually in the compositor, not the sequencer. in particular, the color node. Check out the manual pages:
http://wiki.blender.org/index.php/Manual/Compositing_Nodes_Color

Oh, thanks. I knew about compositor, but I though it works with the scene, I did not realise you can actually run sequencer output through compositor too…(the rendering of about 2000 frames is already done and it took two weeks, so I would not like to start that again) :).

wow, that sounds like a pretty intense rendering. Would love to see a still sometime.
Yes the compositor will work with both the scene as well as external sources (which is what you usually want to composite). In this case, your rendering is done and you can just run it through a color node. You can also do other enhancements on the image too if you like - just check out the manual.
I have found the ability to do compositing to help render times as well. You can render different elements separately and combine them in the end with the compositor. This allows you to really tweak, say, a foreground action with a character, without making the computer think about rerendering things in the background every time. you just make a blue/green screen behind the foreground actors in your rendering of the foreground.
