Is it possible to render many scenes (inside the same .blend file) at once? I think it´s great to be able to set a render directory to each scene. But I still have to render each animation at a time.

You can add different scenes of the same blend file to the sequence editor. Anim button (Do Sequence , checked) will render all scenes either in one movie file or a series of individual frames, depends on the pre-sets.
You can batch render by calling blender from a console with some arguments.
blender -h
