Hi, here’s a bathroom model I’m working on, still in progress with client decisions. I made a procedural material for the tarnished brass that I think works pretty well. The marble slab is one they’ve already bought which I used for that texture.
I’ve been using the ‘advanced glass shader’ by imeshh that I find works pretty much all the time, glass can be tricky sometimes.
I’ve been using light portals at exterior window openings because… you’re supposed to(?) but I don’t know that I can tell a difference. I generally model a shadowbox around the model to prevent light leaks so maybe the light portals are overkill, I have no idea.
