Battle system Help Needed - Cage fighting or Gladiator fighting.

Hi, im in another project but i need help making armor, and a good battle system.
i wanted to make a cage style fighting demo game to show the others in my group and a gladiator fighting demo game to show them so depending on which is better we use the one they choose. i really need help there are no tuts online and i want to make the demo in 2 - 3 weeks tops. please help me.:D:yes:

You need to better explain what your looking for. A battle system could mean anything battle related. Do you need help modeling armor, texturing it. Or making it so the armro protects you?!? A little more detail would be great.
