That is one messed up looking 3D rendered man! He is missing a piece of his nose.
I like the bump map you’re using, the wrinkles help add a lot of character. I think that the main problem that I have with it is that the specular is way too high for skin.
learning to use this SSS script, will have to play with this some more, Wow the potential for this is crazy,

I think the SSS effect shouldn’t be too exagerated, it only should take away the “rubberness” of a material without it.
And BTW, I assume the inside of the mouth will be modified in a later versoin?
yeah this guy was just used to test things on, really, this was my first use of that sss script
