Looks great, like the lightning.
@JFaurbo: Thank you! There was quite some post-production on this image! In terms of ‘crispness’ its not that difficult in PS to sharpen image without bringing noise to attention (just use an unsharp-mask). The process of creating the overall ambiance and amplifying the affect of the lighting can be done in photo-shop if you know the process.
I will have a tutorial ‘making of’ for this image on my soon, that will help you achieve this lighting
For anyone here who is Interested: I will have a constantly updated blog on my main website (sixthlaw.com.au) to do with 3D, how-tos, tricks of the trade and general news starting up next wednesday! So if you are wanting to maybe get a few tips/tricks under your belt head over there!
@Kramon: Some of those methods were used in the post-pro It’s true though, many people do bypass doing proper post-pro and just whack on a color filter. Post-production can make or break and image, and many high-end archi-viz produces do more post-pro than they do 3D work. It’s all about knowing the direction you want to take the image prior to its creation, this way the process of post-pro will become smoother and the intent of the image more apparent!
@Holmen: Thanks dude!
Update: The image has been updated: Grass on the left has been fixed, and person from the foreground removed.
For anyone interested in how the Post-pro was done, this breakdown of the process (the hunters house) is close to the same process used! Some great post-production tips/tricks for Archi-viz! Making of the hunters house. http://ow.ly/iBftp
PLEASE, I Must KNOW. Where or How do you get plans and or elevations, and dimensions?
your architectural renderings rock!
…two things: the whole image seems to tilt to the right, maybe it would look better straight. I think I also notice lens distortion, did you add it?
I love the cold/warm contrast between the environment the inside of the house!
This looks like the Eames house in LA !
