Bell 406 (OH-58 Kiowa)

This is my first helicopter bell 406. It made according to blueprints.Textures complying whit the realistic,I think

What do you think?

modeling is good but the material and textures need a lot of work.

Looks nice but the camera angles are a bit crappy… I think they’re somewhere in between, cool & impressive and functional.

So now you neither really show atmosphere or exactly how it’s built

Good modell…

I hope you´ll make just as good textures for your helicopter

I must retexture.I know.

Looks good, except i doubt helicopters r gold…

The blades look too stiff, they should be flexible…

eyes like a bug to me :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

That’s a very good model. You show a lot of talent. How long did it take you to do that? I think your aircraft ID is a little off. I believe your model is a very good Bell 406, however that is not quite an OH-58. The OH-58 A/C had the exaust coming out in two tubes like your model as well and the same engine/transmision cover, but it had a 2 bladed system. The OH-58D has a 4 bladed system but it also has a large meatball looking sight above the rotor sytem, a different engine/transmision cowling, and weapons pylons. Neither have the verticle winglets on the horizonal stabilizer and only one rear door on each side. It’s a fine model though.

Cheers,
