If you want total precision, I would recommend using either shft S, which will give you a ‘snap to’ menu, or making 2 planes, positioning them with numerical input (n key), joining them, and facing.

Now I can bend objects but it is possible to bend it in a specific angle!
I only can see a shear value!
You can calculate the angle from the shear value, it’s simple trigonometry.

The vertical side is 1, the horizontal side is the shear value (the absolute value, of course). The shear angle is the angle in the upper right (in your case).
