Greetings friends
The fan art is from Fate/stay night’s berserker character. I’d like your thoughts on the following rough poses. I’d also appreciate your help choosing which pose and camera angle to make the final render in as I am torn between them all.
Pose 1 (angles 1 & 2):
Pose 2 (angles 1 & 2):
Pose 3 (angles 1 & 2):
References were gathered from various movies and series episodes in which the character appeared and I tried gearing the proportions towards that early on. But any notes on that are welcome too. Thank you
Greetings once again friends
This update features how far the piece has progressed and the direction it’s going in. Once again I’d appreciate your feedback.
The colors were for color coding which parts will have similar materials. Once I was settled on the simplified primary forms I went forward to the secondary forms and color coded them as well (this is especially the case with the armor).
The body has transitioned from rough proportional forms to the primary stage where I focused more on the major anatomal forms. Unfortunately the hair is still in the block out phase mostly due to it’s complexity and my lack of simplification at this point. Hence it is left out in the second stills.

Greetings once more friends
This update features how far the piece has progressed since the last feedback loop. Once again and as always I’d appreciate your feedback.
The body has transitioned from the primary stage to the secondary stage but I started seeing some flaws in the anatomy of the upper body the most and re-established better forms. The hair has also moved from it’s conceptual phase to something more of final quality. The plan is to use hair cards this time around, which I’m naively assuming to be easier to animate, hence I kept the shape of the hair in bundles (to rig easily).
