Best Blender 2.8 Retopology Settings

Hello,

I’m hoping the community can help out here a bit, but what are the best snap/shrinkwrap settings to use in 2.80? I can’t quite get the right settings for 2.8 like I know and love in 2.79. What are your suggestions?
