there are many recorder but I use Demo Builder 8 trail version it is easy in use

I’ve tried CamStudio and VirtualDub - VirtualDub’s pretty good, though I would like a more reliable one.

EDIT: Camtasia (not free) and Jing (a free version; available for Windows and Mac) appear to be well-recommended.

I used to use camtasia… however… it’s not free… well… anyway, I heard fraps (or something) is a good one too, but the free version adds a www.fraps.com on your recordings.
