Does anyone have some sort of plug-in or custom patch to add a bevel modifier to Blender? This is probably the top feature request I have from the program right now; bevelling something means I can’t go back anymore (at least not easily) and make changes to the underlying shape.
This is something I’d like to work on when I get time (I’m kinda busy with other stuff at the moment). I was thinking about how it would work, because you may not want to bevel all the edges of a mesh. Perhaps it could bevel only edges that weren’t marked as sharp? What do you think?

Yeah, nobody but me and some single anonymous users here and there really use these pages anyway. Mind you - the images are just mockups, not working modifier-code. --~~~~
