bflash botton like in html ?

in flash to make a botton you do the 3 or 4 states of the botton.

I want to know how to do the same effect in html (seamonkey)

i want a image that has a text with a link or the image itself is the link , and that when you hoover it , it changes fro another image of a pressed botton.

How do i do this in html ?

I would try to stay away from javascripted rollover since that just adds unneccessary complexity to the site. Plain CSS rollover gives you two state: regular and onhover:
