bge.texture module not running in blenderplayer.exe?

Hey guys,
I am trying to replace Textures realtime! I use local files and everything works fine! I am using the texture module that seems to work with ffmpeg!
No when I start the blend file with the blenderplayer nothing happens! Script doesn’t throw any errors but the textures do not get replaced!!! I don’t know why :frowning:
Does the bge.texture module do not work properly in the blenderplayer? Or maybe it isn’t supported?

I hope someone knows a bit more about it!

I am doing it as described here:
http://www.blender.org/documentation/blender_python_api_2_63_17/bge.texture.html

I’m pretty positive it works with the BlenderPlayer, as I tested it playing an intro video before the game starts for Soldier Of. Are you doing anything oddly with the player? For example, are you using LibLoad to load scenes in, or anything like that? Are the scripts in the correct positions, if they’re external? Maybe you could describe your setup for your folders.

That is a known problem.
Replace the always sensor with a delay sensor, enable the true pulse and set the delay to 1.

@ SolarLune and HG1
thanks for your responses! HG1s soluttion did the job!!

Thanks again!

Well, this bug has to be fixed then!

It is? Is it in the bug tracker?

Yes it is. But i think Benoit Bolsee has forgotten fix the player.
