BGE Texture Problem

I’m attempting to make a basic marble game (easy stuff, the mechanics all work fine.) but I’m having some issues with the textures in the game because they show up differently than they do in render previews and such. Can anyone explain why it would be doing this along the sides?


looks like a uv problem. me personally ( though im terrible at blender ) would mark seams for those edges. ctrl+A in object mode apply scale ( i alwas do it to make sure, and it takes 2 seconds ) re unwrap and check things over

I found a way to make it work. Not ideal, but it looks alright.

try box unwrap or

  • go to top view select the only the top faces and unwrap from view
  • go to side view and select the side faces and unwrap from view
