There are two separate votes, one for each category. The winner of each will be chosen as the Theme or Mechanic to be used. For Mechanics, there is one extra Option, Chose your own. If this one is the winner, you may use any Mechanic you can think of. (But only if it wins, else the actual winning Mechanic is to be taken inspiration from!)
