the facial expression is great, the rest of the body is a bit… wobbly
The head is great but the limbs, especially legs are a little
strange. The blur effect makes me dizzy.

I agree… the head is superb but the body is a little less stella. Sort out the body and you by far have a winner, great job in any case!
The feet/legs need to point forward a bit and stick a bit of tail out the side too 
This would be awesome if you could master the fur using hair particles.
On the left eye you need to push up from the bottom because of his smile.
