Big Problem with rigged hand

Hi Guys,
I made my first rigged Animation.
I made a keyframe of the hand, then from the bones.
I moved the hand, moved and rotated the bones and save the keyframe again (at 100).
Now, this happens between this two keyframes:

This is frustrating. :mad:
I cant make a reload animation with this problem.
Can you help me please?

When you say you: “made a keyframe of the hand, then from the bones.” You don’t mean that you actually keyframed the mesh, do you? Because you don’t want to do that. The armature deforms the mesh… you keyframe the armature, not the mesh.

As for your problem… the only time I saw something like that was when I had changed to location or scale of an object and didn’t accept the change. Try accepting location, scale, and rotation while in object edit mode and see if it fixes your problem.
