Can you show me how to make bikini on blender, I’m looking for Bandeau Bikini and Top

That will be quite straight forward if you have the female body modeled.
Simply make a mesh in the shape of bikini over the torso and apply “Shrink Wrap” modifier.
Or you can just select the mesh area where bikini covers the body, separate the mesh, and then clean up from there.
Or simply paint it on a model.
