Hey all, been a while since i last posted here. blender is great, but i can never seem to make long games, i get bord too fast. well i started a new thing with a ninja and it has some neat things like the lighting, movements and animation, enjoy!
Very nice! I dig the controls. You can hold the mouse down and then keep pressing left and right to swing back and forth. You should make it so you can press up to do the forward slash though. Then it would be the best:)
Nice, it looks like it could evolve into a great game. Some tips though, the animations need to be a lot faster, he moves too fast for his running animation. Also, his slash animation doesnât look fast enough to cut through paper, you need to speed that up too, and maybe not have him lag in one place at the end of a slash animation and maybe have him flow a bit more.
Itâs kinda cool, you can kinda do combos. If you do left slash then right slash and then really quick up slash he does a kinda stab, pretty cool. Also, for this type of game youâre going to need a camera that follows the character, donât use a stationary one.
Pooba
nice work!
I think this is one of the most real âjapanese ninjaâ Iâve ever seen.
keep going!!
thanks for the feedback, yea, i didnt really plan the combos
they just kinda happen when u hold the LMB and mash a bunch of the WASD buttons at certain times
this game was inspired by a friend who told me to make a ninja game, cuz ninjas are cool and a game called âJedi Kight 2: Jedi Outcastâ, the sword controls are very similar and u can jump real high
yea, blenders not the most consistant program, the character moves fast on some cpus and slow on others
u can change the camera angles with âmiddle mouseâ to a follow cam, and press and hold to it change to a âlook backâ cam
Great movements, but you need to take more care of the walking movement, and it should also be very cool, that the sword is on his back, and by pressing a button, the ninja will grap the sword. keep blending 8)
Cool work! The animations are not that 100% perfect but they still look very good!
