Hi, I don’t know why but sometimes, blender saves a copy of one of my file with .blend1 and another one with just the correct .blend I don’t know why he does that but it’s weird and if I remove the “1” it just opens my file normally. Anyone knows what it is for? :eyebrowlift2:
when blender saves, it saves your scene as you previously opened it as a blend1 file. it continues to do this as blend1, blend2, blend3 etc, for as many as you tell it to. the default though is just one time.
does that make sense? 
so it’s a kind of backup?
