Blender 2.41 have a problem.
Render without textures with yafray…!!!

Yafray works fine with texturs for me

Check that you have the latest version of Yafray. What type of texture - procedural or UV-mapped?

Hello people, for me too it works fine,I rendered a scene including image and procdural and a got a neat result.

did you try to render the same scene with internal ?

It also worked fine for me, try downloading the last version.
