Blender 2.48+Windows Vista 32 bit system+Enable frames=higher frame rate?

Hi
Its been a long time since i’ve posted on here but i stell watch these forums!Well on to my question as some of you might remeber my crappy laptop used to get 25-26 frames per second well now sence i’ve messed around with the laptop irts self i now get 60 frames per second. But when i was messing around in blender and i clicked on enable frames my frame rate went up 88-101 frames.Well my real question is does anyone out there know why my frame rate whent up when i clicked on enable frames?
Please and thank you for your time!!

Is there not anyone out there who can help me with my question?lol

…Hi dude,…bye!..

60fps is a capped limit.

Enable all frames gives the true frame rate your computer can output.

The reason for the capped 60Hz, is so it will run smoothly & consistently on high end machines as it would on low end machines.

So long as the game is intended to run smoothly at 60.
