When I scroll to something,then it goes slower and slower and then it suddenly stops very often.
That is really annoying :[
Do you guys have any advices?
You must be i perspective view. Switch to orthographic view by pressing 5 on the numpad, it is used to toggle between both views.
You could also go into perspective local view which is toggled by ‘/’ on the numpad

Click on whatever you’re working on to make it the active object, then press Shift+S and click on Cursor->Selection. This will snap the cursor to the selected object. Then press C to center the view on the cursor.

Nice trick, though won’t work in 2.5 (in case you’re working in that one).
One thing I also use a lot in perspective view is Zoom Border (Shift B)
